As part of the ongoing effort to raise crucial funds to support the life saving work of AID FOR AIDS, Board Member Julian Iragorri is working together with Payal Chaudhri, Barbara Hemmerle-Gollust and Naeem Khan to host the first ever AID FOR AIDS Movie Series at the Soho House in New York. The first part of this new series will feature a screening of RETURN TO RAJAPUR, the debut film of screenwriter and director Nanda Anand.

RETURN TO RAJAPUR is a romantic drama that portrays a doomed love affair set against the beautiful and exotic (not to mention cinematographically stunning) backdrop of the Indian desert. This heartfelt tale of love and destiny follows the fates of two women who each make a unique connection with a man they encounter in a mystical village. Set in the sand-swept terrains of Rajapur, the film is ripe with centuries-old castles, eclectic desert camps, and vibrant Indian culture.

Tickets are on sale for $150 and all gross proceeds from the event will benefit AID FOR AIDS. Included in the price of the ticket is a meet-and-greet and cocktail hour with the director in the White Room after the screening.
