About Chef Moha

Hailing from Marrakech, Morocco, Mohamed Fedal boasts a long and impressive career in culinary arts. After being trained in the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (Hotel School of Geneva) and working in Switzerland for 14 years, Chef Moha returned to his hometown to open the highly acclaimed Dar Moha Restaurant. Following the success of Dar Moha in Marrakech, he expanded to open a second location in Madrid, Spain. This is just a small taste of his extensive international career, which includes seminars and cooking demonstrations around the globe in places like Paris, London, Bangkok, and many others.

All of us at AID FOR AIDS are delighted to be hosting Chef Moha in New York! We hope you can join us for this fun-filled night to support the life-saving work we do.
